Playing Blade
I ran in to Quinn Lord and his dad yeaterday. Quinn was very fasinated with the Robots DVD that we had playing in the store. Quinn told me that last friday he was working on the Blade televsion series pilot in Vancouver. Mr. Lord informed me that the role was that of a younger version of Neil Jacksons character as seen in flashbacks, sorry I forgot who he said. Rap star Sticky Fingaz aka Kirk Jones is playing Blade and will be joined on set by Jill Wagner, Neil Jackson, Nelson Lee and Jessica Gower.

Spike TV lists this pilot as a MOW (Movie of the Week) "Spike TV's Blade focuses on Marvel's eponymous immortal warrior fighting a shadowy underworld of vampires who want to destroy the human race. The title character is a half-man, half-vampire who uses his incredible powers and skills to fearlessly battle the demonic creatures of the night in a blood-drenched crusade to prevent the ascendance of vampires over mankind."
