Blackfilm relvealed two images from In the Land of Women wich was shot in Victoria back in May and June of last year.The image at top show Adam Brody with Meg Ryan in what looks like Oak Bay.
The lower image is from the last days of shooting at Mayfair Mall.
Set for release May 5th, 2006, the film is a romantic comedy/drama about trying to makes sense of love.
Adam Brody plays Carter Webb who has just been dumped by his true love Sophia (Elena Anaya). Heartbroken and depressed, Carter escapes Los Angeles to suburban Michigan to care for his ailing grandmother (Olympia Dukakis). Soon after his arrival, Carter stumbles into the lives of the family living directly across the street: Sarah Hardwicke, the mother of two daughters: Paige, and older sister Lucy. Through his relationships with these women, as well as with his grandmother, Carter discovers that what felt like an end was only just the beginning of something else....
