Sad news to report, it seems that Henson Company has put The Power of the Dark Crystal on hiatus after director Genndy Tartakovsky has spent two years in preproduction. Brian Henson (son of Jim Henson) and his sister Lisa are moving ahead with other projects, but it seems we may never see what Brian Froud designed.
