I have recently found a great source for d3d 3D film news is a blog called Marketsaw, they do a fantastic job of staying on top of the news about the new world of three dimensional cinema.
Recent news from Marketsaw talks about Speilburg, Jackson and Zemeckis all involved in a back-to-back-to-back shooting of new Tintin films, based on the highly popular Belgium comics.
Regarding Zemeckis - it is really the lack thereof! It looks like Spielberg and Jackson will co-direct the final movie of the trilogy.
